“I can’t recommend the 24-7 coach highly enough. This was not an easy brief or an easy first coaching session. Teenagers are often not straight forward to coach over Zoom but especially when they want their mum to be present and then don’t want a camera on. Felicity did not bat an eyelid. She seamlessly went on to help us for 90 mins via Zoom without a camera.

She facilitated and held space for a hugely valuable conversation that helped us both and made my daughter feel so comfortable and heard and we will both look forward to the next session and putting some of our shifts in language and attitude into place.
